Foggers
Isn’t spending time outside great? Something about being out in nature seems to help people relax and shrug off the stress of their every day lives and gives them a chance to decompress a little bit. But there is one major complaint about being outside – the bugs. For instance, picnics or outside dining tables are great, but head out there with your foods, and half the bugs are dining on your dinner while the other half are treating you like their personal buffet table. Does that mean you are doomed to a live indoors? There actually are several options you can turn to that will help you mitigate your bug problem, and one of these options is a bug fogger. Bug foggers are very good about taking out all of the bugs, and their eggs yet to hatch, in a given area, but they are also very controversial. Foggers release pesticides, and wherever there are pesticides, there is debate. Foggers may take out the bugs in your yard or garden, but they may take out many more things you never intended along with them.
About Foggers
The most common type of fogger you will find is a handheld fogger that you can carry around and spray. When you spray the fogger, a “fog” of pesticides will be released, stopping any pests in their tracks. It will also linger on surfaces to discourage new pests from moving in. Many professional pest control companies have these kinds of foggers they used when they’re out on jobs, but these bug foggers can be used for private use as well. These handheld foggers can be ultrasonic foggers, gas or diesel foggers, aerosol foggers, aeroponic foggers, cold foggers, or three head foggers. They usually have a targeted use for going after certain kinds of pests, like mold foggers, insect foggers, flea foggers and tick foggers.
Some foggers also can be mounted in the ground so they will release their mists at pre-ascribed times. These tend to be very expensive, however, and are best for large scale uses.
Buying A Fogger
Many different companies sell foggers, like Total Release foggers and Burgess foggers. The most important thing to consider when buying the fogger is the kind of pesticide you will need, and the effect that will have your area. If you have pets or small children, foggers may not be for you, since you ability to target their usage is limited.
